Should i eat 1200calories/day or NET 1200 at the end of the
MFP gives me 1200 calories/day for losing 1 1/2lbs wk so should my food be 1200 at the end of the day or NET 1200 at the end of the day..asking becuz scale has been stuck at current weight for 2weeks now..i only have 3lbs to go till GW! i always eat 12-1300 daily but NET is between 700-1000 depending on how much i workout…

Logging Ripped in 30
I just finished day 5 level 1 of Ripped in 30 but i think im logging the wrong time..i finished 30 day shred a few days ago and logged that for 20mins including warm-up but ripped seems longer. looked at the time at the end of dvd today and it said 35mins runtime so how many mins should i log including warm-up? Thanks!!

My 30 day shred results with progress pics!
Started 30 day shred( Aug 4th 2011) Did for 15days SW 149lbs Start of level 2(end of aug)10 days Start of level 3(Sept 4th)10 days Finished 30DS (Sept 13th 2011) CW 143 Lost 6lbs but i believe by my pics ive lost alot of Inches!! didnt take measurments:( Tomorrow is day 2 of Ripped in 30!

Bought some today from rite aide and was wondering if your suppose to drink it before or after workout? im day 5 level 1 into 30DS which is a killer workout BTW and would like something to drink afterwords since i feel a little dizzy and wanna laydown for a bit..thanks!:)
