  • Hi Everyone! I'm Emma, 27 from the UK and currently following the slimming world plan from home plus the fitness blender workouts. I actually started a 100 day challenge last week, so I'm currently on Day 7. I weigh in on Monday mornings and I'm hoping to get to my target by the 8th December when I go on holiday!
  • I'm in! I'm currently on day 7 of my 100 as I want to be at my target by my holiday at the start of December.
  • Yesterday I did the total body burnout descending ladder thing. Muscles were definitely burning by the end and my legs didn't really want to work this morning but I will press on!
  • I know what you mean about the "deception". Even though it's low impact its definitely just as hard as something like p90x at some points! Did the total body barre workout on Saturday and my legs are still killing me! Weirdly I loved every minute of it!
  • Hi, I'm Ruby, 27 and I found fitness blender through a blog I'd been following for a while. The person wrote a long post about fitness videos on youtube and I liked the sound of Daniel and Kelly best. I've dipped in and out of a couple of the routines but now I've started the 4 week low impact program and I'm really…
  • Hi, I'm on week 2 of the 4 week low impact program and even though it's low impact I'm still getting an amazing work out! Going to move onto round 1 of the 8 week program when I'm finished with this one. I love how they encourage without shouting at you.
  • I've just started the first 8 week program and it's just what I need - going on holiday in 9 weeks time! So far the exercises have been low impact but I still feel like I'm getting a burn. I log the lowest estimate of calories lost because I figure that's got to be more accurate for me.
  • I'm yet another one that has started and stopped this so many times! However I am determined to actually suceed this time. Have done Day 1 before coming to work today. Feel good for it! Feel free to add me!
  • I just started p90x. I'm fitting it in around my work schedule so I'm doing it every other day at the moment. Really enjoying it, you get regular breaks and they encourage you to pause it if you're finding it too difficult. Oh but beware ab attack and plyometrics, I'm still feeling the burn after 2 days!
  • I just bought one from Nike and its very very comfortable! Not sure what sizes they go up to but I'm a 38D and they had one for me! Plus you can adjust the back strap really easily for the best comfort!
  • I've added my weight and will do my measurements later before I have a bath.
  • Day 1 done here and I must admit it got better towards the end! Bring on Day 2!
  • I've tried this before and have like some people, never got out of Level 1! Started it again today and could only do 15 minutes before my legs turned to jelly! I am determined to go all the way through. Today was just a practice one hehe.
  • Same here! Today is Day 1 for me and I'm starting to wonder why I ever came off the wagon to start with. Feel so much better in myself!
  • I agree with treatdream, I eat a banana after any exercise session and try to keep active for a while afterwards. I usually try and do some yoga afterwards but if not I'll go for a little walk after I've had a warm relaxing bath. If not I get really stiff and can't sit down properly!
  • Thank you, this tells me that if I eat 1800 calories a day and just increase my exercise by 5% I'll be at my goal weight within the 180 days it says! Looks like I'll be at my goal by Christmas at this rate!
  • I second the 30 Day Shred! It really makes your whole body ache afterwards!
  • Same here, anyone can add me, we're all doing this together!
