Well, you can figure out how many miles you walk and then divide by the amount of time you're walking. I have the 3-mile walk video, and it goes for 45 minutes. That's a 15-minute mile, or 4 mph. I also have the 5-mile walk video, and it goes for 60 minutes. That's a 12-minute mile, or 5 mph.

Ok... Monday challenges done. I know I'm doing the Pygmy ones for now, so I should feel all embarassed about it, but I was able to do 10 real burpees for the first time, instead of having to modify them, so I'm just going to feel proud of that anyway. :tongue:
