  • that seems like a good guesstamate, but I would time each lap and calculate that in the track exercise. 1 jog lap = 3 minutes of slow run according to the exercise calculator is 52 calories 1 walk lap = 4 minutes of fast walking (brisk walking) = 25 calories Don’t forget the 5 minutes before and after :) HTH, Joe
