Interval Training?

Hey, guys! I've been trying to mix up my workouts throughout the week and have started jogging/walking, but I wasn't sure if I was logging my exercise correctly. I usually do 1 lap walking then 1 lap jogging for 20 minutes, plus 5 minutes just walking before and after. I have been logging it as 20 minutes walking at a fast pace and 10 minutes jogging at a slow pace, but not sure if this is correct. I really don't want to overestimate how many calories I am burning, but underestimating wouldn't be too bad. Just wondering if anyone else does this or has the best way to log this? Thanks!

that seems like a good guesstamate, but I would time each lap and calculate that in the track exercise.
1 jog lap = 3 minutes of slow run according to the exercise calculator is 52 calories
1 walk lap = 4 minutes of fast walking (brisk walking) = 25 calories
Don’t forget the 5 minutes before and after

That's a good idea and I feel kinda dumb for not thinking about timing my laps. Haha. Thanks!0
