Yes you should definitely log the sugar! (Forgot about that lol)

Do you add milk to your tea? If not, you don't need to log just tea & water. Using milk, just log the milk. Measure how much milk you add to your normal cup of tea, & just log that everytime.

Yes I noticed they had changed number of servings in the new (improved!!?) recipe builder. If my loaf of bread weighs 880g, I log it as 88 servings in the recipe builder. In my food diary, I log 144g slices of bread as 14.4 servings.

I just bought some flaxseeds, ground them up, & added a spoonful to my cereal. Bleugh!! They were nasty! Ended up binning my whole bowl of cereal :s

I weigh the cooked loaf & enter this as number of servings in the recipe builder. I then weigh each slice I cut & enter this in my food diary as number of servings I eat. B)

As a teenager, I took a bite from a Kipling individual apple pie. Wasn't until I went to take a second bite, that I noticed the apple filling was all mouldy :sick: Did get loads of vouchers as compensation though!

I remember getting a curry in a restaurant, and taking a spoonful of mango chutney onto my plate. Went back after a while for MORE mango chutney - I had eaten what was already on my plate - and spotting a big juicy fly in the mango chutney jar!!!! Bleurgh :(

Lots of people on here would say "don't do that"; some say thats ok lol What do your weekly net calories look like? WW says as long as your weekly totals are ok...
