With only needing to lose 39 pounds and already not eating a lot, I find it fishy your doctor put you on a weight loss drug. Plus, he wouldn't test for for something that you think he should?? I would speak with another physician. I think it sounds like a bad plan.

Go to food, hit breakfast, in the search box type egg. Look through the list, a plain egg will work, don't need to specifiy that it was hard-boiled but you can. I would say the entire weight of it, so the whole thing. I picture scientists taking the apple and grinding it up and then analizing the calories in their little machines. Then taking the calories for their sample and muliplying them by the weight of the total apple.

Yesterday morning I weighed myself and in the evening I weighed myself again. I weighed 3 pounds more in the morning than at night. Then this morning I weighed myself again and was another pound down. Nothing abnormal about food going in or out either. Good example of why NOT to weigh yourself a lot.
