if you are under 1200 calories , perhaps you need to up the calories , add 100 calories every 2 days until you see progress , then you will know where your body is comfortable in weight loss

I am the same way over the weekend , I try to spend more time at he gym Saturday to make up for it , but that doesn't work out too well . I will break even most of the time , other times 1-2 lbs gained over the weekend which really isn't worth the drinking/snacking

I only see bigger leg gains doing 15-20 rep range to failure , anything less I will get more strength but the growth is smaller. what are your thoughts?

Amino Energy is great , there is only a small portion of caffeine but plenty of L-arginine and Beta-Alanine to push you through the wall..

kids counting calories is ridiculous, limit the PlayStation , phone , tv , Netflix , kick the kid outside to play. I ate 6 devil dogs a day , peanut chews 6 meals a day . But I was outside running , biking , and playing kickball until the street lights came on

I had to do this just to live , hence why I gained all my weight back but how I did it was many runs to dollar tree. you will always fluctuate up to 5 lbs depending on water retention , salt , muscle repair, carb intake and waste. be happy you are on a downslope , we all fluctuate.

I agree that you can not spot reduce , but you can strengthen the muscle under the surface to reduce the relaxed muscle and it will look smaller.

I would say , just cut 100 calories a week until you see results, once the scale is moving stick to the calorie number that works for your body.
