Interesting I have the opposite problem. The sweat that develops in my ears make my earbuds fall out. LOL I use the ones that came with my ipod. I could also use a suggestion on a better set.

I really like Quinoa and try different things all the time. My latest creation was a Thai inspired dish. So my cooking liquid was chicken broth with some Thai curry paste in it. I also added some fresh ginger. Once the liquid comes to a boil I added a bunch of frozen veggies, spring onions and a small amount of coconut…

Whole Foods is an AWESOME store. Great products however it's also nicknamed Whole PayCheck amongst my friends. I only purchase must-haves from there because I can get the other stuff at either Trader Joe's or my local market.

when I make my cheese sauce for mac and cheese I do a typical roux (butter and flour) or some times I use cornstarch in chicken broth, NO MILK. I figure the cheese I put in it has enough and it's always creamy, you would never know that there isn't any milk.

I had mine removed about 20 years ago...was the best thing because having those attacks are horrible. After a full day in the ER, vomiting green... to only be sent home with some pain meds...really made up my mind.

I have the same issue with being extremely tired after an intense work out. My dietician recommended that I eat some protein/carbs within an hour of working out and see if that helps. I haven't really tried it yet but plan to.

I have been feeling the same also. I spoke with my Dietician about it and she suggested that I eat some protein & carbs right after my workout (within the hour). She said it doesn't have to be alot of calories maybe a yogurt or a protein shake or something. I have just started trying this out so not sure if it's made a…

Every couple weeks I decide to eat something that I try to avoid, like pizza or a cheeseburger, fries...etc. I do try to plan for it. I always have it on a day I'm doing a decent amount of exercise and I try to be good for the rest of the day. I also make…

Funny enough yesterday I said "I feel like I have more money these days??" I realized later it's because I no longer eat out for lunch everyday! I had a really bad habit of doing grocery shopping for all the things I was going to make, never made them and ate out anyway...then threw the food I bought at the grocery store…

...maybe some dried fruit (sweet), nuts(salty) and some puffed rice or popcorn (filler) to stretch it out and not too many calories per serving?

I had the same problem. I would eat breakfast (1 egg and a slice of bread) @ 8am. Right around 11-11:30 I'm starving and lunch isn't until 12 or 1pm. So I started eating a snack between breakfast and lunch...usually a piece of fruit. I'm seeing a dietician and she recommended that that I add another egg or add some…
