Congrats, I ran the same program and I struggled as well I think on week 3, but it's such a good feeling when you complete. So now your next step is to enter a 5k run. Don't stop now you just entered the world of running and I personally love running now so keep at it.

I completed the Couch25K and I shedded off the pounds (With help from this site as well). Best part about C25K is once you complete it, it kind of gets you addicted to the joy of running and exercise. Within 6 months I burned off 60+ lbs

Depends on your type of arch in your foot and the angle your foot hits the ground. Your best bet is to go to a runningworld type store and have them fit you.

I would prefer that ayways. I find the one downfall to season 1 is the filled the entire first book into the season leaving those who haven't read the books a little out of the loop (especially with learning characters) Yeah I actually put the book down for a few weeks after the wedding...lol

Just google BMI chart and find the "Healthy Weight" and then aim at 1 - 2lbs per week till you reach that "healthy Weight" then just maintain.

I never strecth before a run, but I will do a little exercise (Lunges, Squats) to get the endorphines going in my legs. After a run I do a full strecth starting down (Calves) working my way up (Shoulders / Neck) holding each one for 12 secs.

A guy came in yesterday with steel toe work boots, jeans that he wore below is butt, t-shirt with a plaid over shirt over top and a ball cap. He then decided to hop on the bike for some cardio. I think I laughed out loud with my headphones on.

Was laying on a straight bench doig leg ups with a weight in between my ankles when I did a back flip off of it by accident almost droppig the weight on my head....and yes everyone saw /facepalm
