Don't look at the scale , you need to mesure yourself. I have gone down 2 sizes and my weight doesn't show it ,as much as i think it should anyway.

Thanks for the advice! It was just a bit discouraging when , you see all these other ppls stories about there experience's with it. I'm like well why is it working so well for them? I don't know what is expected in 3 days that's why I'm looking for input from people who have done it. I've seen stories online about people saying that it did change there bathroom habits. I haven't experienced any diffrence but we shall see what happens i suppose. thanks...

Yes i am sticking to it, that's exactly how i feel bloated and tired :/ Hopefully by day 4 i'll start to feel better. Not to be gross but when did you start having bowels? I'm was told they would be more frequent and they are the same.

Congrats to you and your weight loss looks like your doing good. Yeah the food diary is great I've lost 10lbs since april just logging in everything I eat and being careful what i eat. This site is a great thing.
