My body responds better to more fats (as opposed to low fat) -- but only the healthy fats..... I eat a lot of avocado and nuts. :)

If you're comfortable and healthy at a size 12 - freaking awesome - stay there!! :) depends on the person. I'm between a size 10-12 now and trying to lose a bit more FYI I'm 5'6'', 30 y/o and 187lbs.

This is wrong - IT IS NOT TRUE THAT THE LESS YOU EAT THE MORE WEIGHT YOU LOSE. good way to develop an eating disorder. Starving yourself is not a good way to lose weight - if you do lose that way, you will gain your weight back as soon as you start eating again, and worse.

I've been saying that all along. it's NOT as simple as calories in vs calories out..... weight loss is NOT linear. Feed/fuel your body properly. work out hard. that's what works. period.

how much are you eating? Honestly probably 10lbs of what you 'lost' was NOT fat loss, it was water weight, if you've cleaned up your eating. that's normal.

stiill don't understand why you can't eat healthy. can't afford fresh fruits/veggies? buy frozen. eggs are cheap. shop sales. it's really not that hard, or pricey. and 80% of weight loss is your diet. period.

I drink anywhere from 18-24 cups of water a day - I still use the bathroom a lot even though I've been at this for almost two years. You adjust to going to the bathroom a lot.

they lose weight because they are on a very low calorie diet. that's it. everyone will lose weight if they only eat like 500 calories a day. And guess what, as soon as they go back to eating a reasonable calorie intake, they will put the weight back on and then some. Just another scam/yo-yo diet thing.

oatmeal protein cookies (with just oatmeal, bananas, applesauce and protein powder).... baked banana oatmeal banana 'bread' with protein powder and almond flour or coocnut flour (low carb)

MFP does not use TDEE to set your calorie goals..... if your tdee is 2150 - you want to take 15-20% off that and eat that. You can custom set your goals in MFP to whatever you want your calories per day to be.

You're at the gym at 9pm? are you getting enough sleep? Not resting your body properly causes you to hold extra weight. true story. I don't mean do you feel tired. I mean are you actually getting the proper amount of sleep.

No, it doesn't taste like pasta, but it tastes good, and is an excellent substitute for pasta...... and is so much better for you! I eat it all the time!

This makes sense. cutting down on alcohol consumption can't hurt at all. Plus it will eliminate A LOT of empty calories. I rarely drink. I do exercise heavily, but there definitely is such a thing as too much exercise..... Luckily I've learned how to make myself take rest days. :) they are just as important, if not more…
