Yes you can lose weight without doing low carb. For me personally I just find the weight melts off a lot easier when I lower my carb intake.

I eat oat bran every day. I add peanut butter and a mini banana. The carbs and sugar did not stop me from reaching my goals.

I like quest bars but the peanut butter cups tasted awful to me. I was stuck with a whole box and it took me months to finish them. Never again.

I have kept my weight off 19 months and 2 days today, maintained 135. The only other time I have dieted I went from 173 to 145. I kept it off for over 8 years.

21% BF is actually not bad. Im at 23% and weigh 135. When I was doing lots of resistance training my BF was going down at a pretty good rate. My goal is to get to 20% but I would be happy with 21%.

This is amazing! Great job! I have P90X in my house and never attempted it. It belongs to my 19 year old and she completed it a few times. I received T25 and plan to start it after my birthday and vacation. Its 25 minutes , 5 days a week for 10 weeks. I feel I can complete it .

Wow No carbs thats tough. The Dukan diet has an attack phase where you eat just meat. This can be tough since Dukan is also low fat. I'm thinking you can go about a month but your breath will smell and you will be very irritable. I would suggest not being around others cause everything will get on your nerves. Then again…

It works for me. I have tried a low fat diet ,worked out like a beast and I was always hungry. I did lose the weight and kept if off almost 10 years. Im 5"61/2, my goal weight was 135. I reached it over 1 year ago, although I 136.5 today. Anyway my BF is 23.8% , my goal is to build muscle and get my BF down to 20%.
