I used to weigh myself every day but it was making me crazy. Now I weigh myself probably twice a week. But I try to keep to a once a week schedule.

Fluctuating weight is perfectly normal, especially if you're a woman. Water weight will help you gain or lose weight on a daily basis. The most important thing you need to worry about is eating healthy and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. If you have that down, the rest will fall into place.
