I really appreciate all the input! I think I will log it once a week and maybe weigh every other day or so. :)

Peaches or pears....I sympathize with your struggle. It's more the texture than the flavor that gets to me!

I tend to do the same thing. When things get rough it seems like my appetite turns off. I have previously struggled with anorexia so I know I tend to emotionalize food. When my blood sugar is unhappy with me it makes everything seem worse (not to mention makes me unbearable to live with). I try to MAKE myself eat something…

Not having the constant blare of video games in the background!! Making life changing decisions and only considering how it will affect me. Oh, and I agree with the girls about the random hook-ups. :drinker: Or even casual bar flirtations!

I'm 4'11 and my goal weight is 105. You're right, it does show more! We have no where to hide the extra pounds.

I've been on the Depo shot since January so I haven't had any periods. But the shot cause that gnawing feeling in my stomach that make me feel like I have to eat.. My last cycle ends at the beginning of August and I'm not going to do it again.

I'm in! This will be my first group! My start weight it 121.2 and my goal weight will be 106. (I'm also 4'11 so this is why the numbers are low)

I'm sure you'll be fine! My friend goes to Zumba and there are a lot of people who have no dance training and they enjoy looking ridiculous together! I have DVDs I just started doing at home and it seems like it would be fun to do in a group when I can afford it. It's challenging, but it's a lot of fun!

That's what I have to loose! I'm petite (4'11) so I have no where to hide the extra weight. I'm trying to cut a lot of carbs and sugars and getting into a ROUTINE of working out. I get bored easily so that's a struggle for me.
