I've had a very up and down week. I was retaining about 2 pounds of water. Yesterday I worked out like crazy and drank a lot of water and that was gone (plus another 1.2 pounds!) this morning. I am toning up a lot and I can see that I'm slimmer in my face but it's not reflecting on the scale. I'm a little nervous because…

My uncle was in the hospital for almost a month with a anti-biotic resistant strain. It started in his sinuses and we almost lost him.

Boredom is my worst enemy when it comes to workout. I'm a bit of a hoarder when it comes to DVDs so I really mix it up a lot. Lately, it's been a lot of Zumba and when I get too sore from that I do a day of walking. I'm very much looking forward to joining a gym when I'm no longer unemployed.

Congratulations! That's amazing! I have one pair of jeans I've had for about three years at the bottom of my dresser. I've been telling myself I'll be in them by September...we'll see!

Women's jeans I'm a 3/4. In juniors I'm a 7. That may sound small but I'm 4'11.

I can't do a lot of back intense stuff...but I definitely got the water in today! Also did 30 minutes walking and 20 minutes of Zumba. Looking forward to tomorrow's challenge! :D

I take the NOW Energy vitamins and it has very little caffeine and is full of B vitamins. It did help me energy wise after about the third day, but I'm not sure if it really boosts metabolism like it claims.

Yea, I take Benadryl most nights...some nights it works and sometimes it doesn't.

I don't have it on the Wii but I've been doing the DVDs. This is my first week so I'm eager to see if I lost anything yet. I can definitely feel it in my thighs and abs though!

Slimfast :) My stomach is not awake in the morning and I tend to get a little nauseous when I eat.

I really encourage you too break out the Zumba! I just started doing the DVDs and now look forward to working out. lol That's a first for me.

I get that a lot too...it's miserable and I haven't found anything that works for me. I also find that the worst nights are often when I'm hormonal.

I am on Lexapro and it hasn't made me gain weight. Of course you have to find something that works for you. :)
