I work the overnight shift and I try not to snack at night but I do drink coffee to help stay alert. I just had a baby (5 months old) and all I really want to is decrease my stomach.

Welcome. And u probably heard this b4, but it is nearly impossible to tone one area alone! Total body workout will help tone ur core! But good luck to u and watch the late night snacks!0
