Renee I read that one too and it made me feel better about eating my exercise calories and when I follow that guidance I do lose the amount of weight that the site says I should lose.

lash007 welcome aboard! Hmmm...well it is just an excel spreadsheet with usernames and weight/mesurements. If people want it I will do it but to Renee's point we may not need it. We could just do something simple like have everyone post thier weight loss and calculate what we did as a group in a week's time.

Okay, it is weigh in day if you are playing along at home! I am down by 1.2 pounds this week. i did manage to get in my exercise but just barely! So I would like to get some ideas from you all about what sort of challenge you would like to have this week. Any suggestions??
