Ok well this new group is already motivating me. i got in 30 minutes of exercise inside since it is cold and wet outside! I did 25 minutes of Wii Zumba followed by my 100 crunches, 30 push ups, and 3 minutes of running up and down the stairs! The dog thought I was crazy but the stairs really got my heart rate up! :-)…

Ok so work has been absolutely insane for the past two weeks. I haven't worked out, I've been eating poorly and not logging my calories and I've been exhausted every night. I hope to get back into a routine next week. This is just crazy. Last week's weight - 169, this weeks weight 170. I haven't quit but have had a setback.

Ok sorry to keep changing my mind. I've found a place that is level and hard. I weighed 167 at that spot, that feels right. I would have loved a 3 pound loss but that did seem aggressive. So my final answer for the week is 167 - down 1 pound.

Ahhh....I was doing so well this week and I was stressed and broke down and ate a yucky lunch - 700 calories. I'm going to have to do some insane workout today to make up for it. I was so on track for a good weigh in tomorrow. Latoya - my plan is to workout to make up for any eating/drinking mistakes! Holly

Ok I will start the weigh in this morning with bad news and hope that others can change the trend! I've been bad and gained a pound this week. I'm struggling to get beyond the 5 pound weight loss. Don't give up, I lost a lot at first and then put it back on (water weight). Now I am right on target 5 weeks in and 5 pounds down. Keep exercising and watching your calories and it will work! I'm not a big fan of water pills - we are looking to lose fat not water. Water will just come back!

I got myself the Timex IronMan Race Trainer a couple of weeks ago. I really like it! It does count calories but I have read hat it is unrlieable to go on that measurement.
