Wow that's awesome. Can I ask what weight you started with and what you worked up to? [/quote] No problem, I'm still on pretty low weights compared to some but my sessions are pretty intense. My workout is basically a full body weights routine with plyometric exercises between sets, sometimes with treadmill intervals…

Bumping for inspiration! Would love to see results of people only training with Dumbbells. If that exists lol. That's all I have right now to start out with.

Thanks guys! I am confident I will progress fast! This board helps loads! Glad you like it! Love it when people get it! Good to know there are fellow scoobies out there!

Thank you all!! Feeling much better! Never ending journey!! I'm ready!!

Does anyone else retain 9-10 days BEFORE you start??? This always seems to be the case for me? 3-8 lbs! You would think I would not weigh or not let it bother me but it drives me nuts!!!! lol

Have been doing this for 8 weeks and down 9 lbs which is amazing for me. (was at a standstill for a long time and I always lose very slow) I need some new protein ideas. Tuna, protein shakes, eggs and cottage cheese have gotten old. Guess I need to spend more time making up meals on the weekends for the weekdays

I just finished his book! And have started the classic carb cycling. So far so good. I have always been a 3 big meals a day person so learning to eat 5 smaller has been challenging. But there is something satisfying about eating every 3 hours! Still trying to get it all down and get in a routine. I just love Chris Powell…

I am 36 and have lost 95 lb in the last 4 yrs. I drink tons of water but have not done much weight training. Mostly cardio. My lose skin is minimal. I still have about 25 more lbs I want to lose though. The key really is losing slow and lots of water. Weight training will probably help a lot too!

I think I may of found a place about an hour away for $30!! Waiting to hear back!!

I will look into that! Thanks for the advice!!! :)

I love chopped dates and I love those too but I have been trying to eat a semi clean eating diet and all the chopped ones I find are covered in sugar!!! They sure are yummy though!!! :)
-
This diet was around 25 yrs ago. The only reason it works for alot of people is because of the reduction of calories for 3 days. There are no chemical breakdown advantages in eating ice cream and hot dogs.

thanks guys!!! Nice to know I'm not the only one struggling!!! I won't give up but there sure are days I want to eat everything in can get my hands on!!! :)

Mmmmm sounds yummy! I'm gonna try that! Any good alfredo sauce recommendations? Seems the last few I tried were runny. I'm thinking BBQ chicken pizza, Taco pizza, Thai chicken pizza!! Endless possibilities!!

Thanks I'm going to look at this! Thanks for the replies! I'm going to work on averaging on a weekly basis! Going to bank my exercise calories but most days hit my daily goal since going under is no longer working.

Awesome!! I can tell a big difference! I finished last month and had ok results then got sick for a whole month. I started over today gonna do another round and step up the diet a bit!! Congrats!!

Glad to know there are others out there like me hat struggle. I have decided for now to keep eating whole wheat bread. The kind I eat is from a local bread store. It only has 5 ingredients. I eat about 6 to 8 slices a week. When I try to give it up I ended binging on processed food so I guess even if I lose slower its…

Thanks! I think I will be brave too and take pics in my underwear. My eating was not as good as i'd of liked it to be so this round I'm going to focus on that too!!

Very inspirational! I have been obsessing about the scale lately. I eat pretty good work out more. Feel stronger and better but that damn scale rules my emotions! I'm almost afraid to not get on it though. When it goes down I always feel more motivated. Posts like these help a lot though to move me in the right direction!…

Thank you for posting this! I'm on day 25 and have not lost much weight. I took a few pics and I measured my waist but that's it I'm gonna do another round and do more measurements. You look fantastic! I can see a big difference. I'm gonna try and quit obsessing over the scale.

Thank you for posting this!! I'm on day 23 not seeing huge results like others have. I'm eating good too but I just lose very slow. I feel a lot stronger though. I'm going to do another round when I'm done with heavier weights! This has motivated me even more to do so! I think level 2 was the hardest too!
-
I just started Level 3 today too! I had to do alot of the moves modified though. I still liked it ALOT better then level 2! The only thing I wonder about is the last set of abs. It didn't burn that much so I hope I was doing it right!

sounds yum! i'm going to try with pumpkin!
-
Hope you guys like! Every recipe I looked at called for mayo which is full of crap. I'm trying to make an effort to eat a more clean diet so I just replaced the mayo with yogurt!!

Awesome Honey mustard: 6oz container of plain Greek yogurt 1.5 tbs of honey 1tbs mustard 1/2 tbs of lemon juice onion powder and garlic powder to taste. You can add a little stevia or salt if want. It's great on salad or dipping chicken!
-
I'm on day 20 too! I'm either going to start it over again with heavier weights or Ripped in 30 if walmart gets it back in stock.

I LOVE cheese! Luckily i'm not intolerant but still too much is bad. Maybe picking a high quality cheese and just having a little. I have a serving of Cabot seriously sharp cheddar cheese a couple times a week. It only has like 5 ingredients it's white cheddar so no addiitves. It's on a block. I get it at Walmart. It's 110…
