Blisters on hands from deadlift. Fat hands
I am using knit gloves to help with grip. I'm a beginner so I'm not even lifting super heavy. But my hands are fat and its pinching when I do deadlifts. Any ideas? Will nicer gloves help? Am I just out of luck until I lose more weight in my hands lol.

Figuring my deficit based on fitbit
My fitbit charge hr says I burned a total of 2443 calories for the entire day. Not sure if I'm figuring this out right. I ate 1800 calories today. Does this mean I have a deficit of 643? I'm not synching it to any other ap's yet. Trying to figure the fb app out first.

Cooked veggie carbs vs raw
So 6 oz of RAW butternut squash has 16 net carbs. When I baked it it turns into 4oz of cooked squash which has 10.8 carbs. Which do I count? I always ready baking and roasting added carbs. It’s not a big difference but things could add up quick.

I got some Ghee at a local market for the first time and it says 100% ghee. It's very Liquidy though. The only pics I have ever seen of it is thick. It's not expired. Does this seem right? Is it different then the other stuff? Any particular way to cook with it.
