Liquidy Ghee????

I got some Ghee at a local market for the first time and it says 100% ghee. It's very Liquidy though. The only pics I have ever seen of it is thick. It's not expired. Does this seem right? Is it different then the other stuff? Any particular way to cook with it.

If it's just plain old clarified butter, it can be liquidy when at room temp.0

That's what it always looks like for me. I usually stir it just before using it.0

When I make it, I'm separating the fat solids from the liquid solids, so it's always like that.0

I bet if you put it in the fridge it will solidify. My coconut oil does the same thing when it's hot.0
