I love these things. And they have to be better then eating a candy bar right? I'm sure everyone's bodies react different too. They are a great low calorie snack. I was just wondering if they have assisted with anyone's weight loss or if they made you stall. Just taking a poll I guess. Thanks!

I've been eating them for a while now (yes, one a day). They haven't slowed or sped up my weight loss. They've just helped fill my protein goals.

They aren't going to do anything for you regarding weight loss. They are just food. The goal is to remain in a calorie deficit. :)

ive been consuming quest bars for a long time and maintaining. no one food will make u gain or lose .excess calories will make u gain, cutting calories equals weight loss.

Both can happen - depends on your caloric intake.

The only way they help is to fill my protein goals. They do fill me up, so I don't eat as much, resulting in less calories! I'm not a big fan though.

You don't gain or lose weight because of a particular food...think about it...like logically.

I just bought my first ones yesterday. They still have to fit in my calories for the day. I mainly wanted them because I need something in my purse when I'm out and am hungry and trying to avoid high calorie fast foods or when I don't have time for breakfast first thing in the morning. I was hungry when I had one yesterday and it filled me up for a couple hours. I'm happy with the protein and fiber content they have. That's a plus for me! The added bonus is they are delicious LOL.

Thanks guys!! All info I already know but sometimes it helps for someone to just remind you of that!!! I think when I have stalled in the past I need to be more honest in my tracking!!! :)

I love them but can't have them anymore. They just made me fart so much.

They aren't particularly low calorie. They have about the same amount of calories as a snickers bar. So if you don't need the protein, you can just a candy bar and be in the same spot in terms of weight loss.

There's a difference of 80 calories, 16g of fiber, and 16g of protein. I'm going to say that a Quest bar has way more bang for your caloric buck than Snickers. But if a Snickers fits into your day after you've hit your macros, then more power to you.
