I have never been able to figure it out either. I skate 2 days a week and I believe it has contributed to my loss! Probably roller blading and ice skating is the only thing close enough.

Lookin good! The whole 5 meals a day did the same thing to me! Hungry all the time. I work much better on a low calorie breakfast and lunch and a much bigger dinner!!

Yes up down the same 4 lbs for me!! It's crazy!! I wish there was a way to get get my thyroid in better condition without meds. Even though I'm not to that point yet. I'm sure my metabolism is shot too from years of up and down pounds!

That is seriously awesome to have a support system at work like that! I just push thru it mentally. Fridays are my off day to be a little more flexible. I just try and tell myself to wait it out and on Friday ill have something good! Most of the time that works! A little sad but true!

Even though I do get out everyone has different lunch hours and food is usually out from 11 to 2!!!!! We used to have a no food at our desk policy. I would love to go back to that. I will stay strong no matter what!! Thanks guys!! :)

I have eaten eggs 3 times a week for 4 years and my cholesterol went down! When I say I eat them 3 times a week I only have about a total of 5 to 6 yolks. I usually make an omlet of 1 whole egg with 2 egg whites. Or maybe 2 eggs sunny side up over whole wheat toast.
