Lemon was nasty. For me the double chocolate, cookies and cream, white chocolate rasberry and the peanut butter and jelly are to die for!!!!!!!! I buy them by the box. All the rest were just ok to me.

Glad I'm not the only one that is like this!! I had one today but on Sunday I had 4!!! I spaced them out thru out the day. I have a iron colon so they don't bother me at all lol

All Chris really ever says on his Facebook page is 1200 on LC days and 1500 on HC days. I guess try to have your highest intensity work outs on HC days and your cheat day. I eat 3 meals a day and 2 snacks. I usually eat quest bars as my snacks. Better then the 2 cups of coffee with creamer that I used to have. 160 to 180 calories of protein and fiber has to be better then 180 calories of caffine no protein and no fiber lol

I'm on day 3 level 2 and no weight loss yet. Not sue about inches. Didn't measure. But my clothes are not any looser. I have however increased my strength and endurance. Gonna make it till the end. Watching my calories too but I always lose SLOW!!!!

Thank for this. I have a slight cold but nothing much below the head. YET! I think I will keep my work out schedule unless it gets worse. I hate it when colds take you out for like a week! That can be such a setback.

That's the only thing I EVER buy from GNC. I like them too due the macros. Some of them were nasty like the lemon pie one. But most of them have been fantastic!

I found them In the refrigerated section at a Asian market. I have seen the tofu ones at the regular store and those do have calories since they are tofu. Haven't tried those yet but I'm going to.

I used 4 bags of 7oz noodles. After you drain them there is not a lot. The seasoning was about 1/4 c soy sauce, 1 tbs oyster sauce, ground ginger , chopped onions, red pepper flakes ,1packet of stevia. Thank you for all of the advice! I'm going to keep practicing! I tried to do facing wall squats last night and am horrible so I need to work more on my form just doing bw squats. All good points ! Thanks. It is way cheaper to order directly from them. We do have a gnc but they about $3 each. Our local grocery store has finally started carrying them a tiny bit cheaper so I may get them from there until it cools down. I'm sure ordering them they will be ok too.
