I have a co-worker that has changed her lifestyle around...my comment to her is I notice you have made some changes in your lifestyle, way to go. Since I am on this journey I like it when people ask me what are you doing, instead of commenting about you look great or better or whatever. That is just my personal opinion for…

I spent $70 on wireless headphones...they are so wonderful that I don't have a problem with them slipping out of my ears, off my head or to deal with wires. It is the best investment when you are using them for walking, running or exercising and you know the routine you are going to do.

I am always a glass half full person...I want positive on here not negative. I rarely watch TV except when my sitcom is on: Big Bang Theory. My children have the TV which is Nick or Disney et. al.

My hands have hurt from the start of L2...I actually had bruises on them for a few days in part due to exercise in part having to move my school room this year and carrying boxes. I wear exercise gloves just so my hands don't move while using the weights.

Good Morning MM, What a great morning it has been so far....up and exercised, healthy breakfast, dog to groomers, load of laundry in, dishes washed, dishwasher going...and I have the rest of the day. My goal for today is to get food prepared for next week. I find I do much better when I have my plan in place for my school…

Take a day for those knees....plus some Advil to relieve the pain. My knees hurt the first day and I modified from there on out. I refuse to let a workout injure me. Make sure you are staying on the heels of your feet when you are doing the lunges and get that butt back!

I agree about the boredom part...I am thinking I am going to change i am going to take 1 day per level and move 1, 2, 3, 1, 2, 3 until the end of the month. I realize each level gets more difficult but I hate doing the same thing each day. I have had some amazing results in the days I have done 30D Shred for inches lost!!!

L3D1 completed today....WOW is all I can say. I am strong in the upper body but really struggled with those walking push-ups!

I don't have picture yet...in middle of 30Day Shred w/JM and I have lost 2.5 " off my hips, 2" off of my thighs, 1" off waist and 1" off boobs, 1/2" from neck = 7" total in 15 days. My weight loss has only been 4.6 pounds but I'll take it. Hope this helps you some.

I use whey protein powder from WalMart. I put it in smoothies after a workout while I cool off. Easy to use and the kids enjoy this for their breakfast as well.

I would like to be part of a Positive Group to keep me motivated and help motivate others. I have been on MFP for a few weeks and am slowly losing the weight through diet and 30Day Shred plus walking. I have enjoyed reading post from people on here especially ones that are uplifting. I like the idea of posting foods that…

Great tips....regardless if it is the last 10 or first 10 (which it is for me)

 Great job on making that decision. Those moments are the ones that push us to keep making better choices. I always prepare my lunch the night before so I don't have to think about what I am having in the morning when I am usually making a mad dash to get 3 of us out the door at the same time.

Onderful news...keep up the good work.

If you have a smart phone you can download (for free) flat belly, lite workouts, BOOTCAMP, fat loss, arm workout, abs, crunchfu...just to name a few. Another thought is to borrow DVD's from your library which would help you change up your routine. Look on youtube and pull-up bootcamp exercise which uses your body weight to…

I think this is a great thought...I am losing anywhere from .4 -1 pound a week. I have down to lose 2 pounds but it just isn't happening for me. I am all about encouraging words, keeping diary open so others can give me constructive feedback, et. al., exercising in some form or fashion. Lori

My daughter had Cross country practice tonight at one of our parks...I did a couple of errands then went back to the park and walked. I was able to do 2.3 miles in 45 minutes- walking!!! That is more than I do on the treadmill when I do a walk/ jog for 40 minutes. Something tells me I am not working as hard on the…

I agree, out of all ot the exercise that is the one I HATE the most. I feel lucky if I do the halfway squat with my arms above my stomach. :embarassed:

Added 2.3 miles while my daughter had Cross Country practice....great inspiration!

Wonderful NSV...it isn't always the scale we need to measure by: think of how clothing feels, energy level, and comments from family and friends. That is part of what keeps me going when the scale doesn't budge.

I was a 44DD now down to 42DD and I am a firm believer in Enell Sports Bras. They are costly $64 but so worth the money. It fastens in the front with 7 closures but keeps the girls where I put them throughout the workout. Even with the loss in bra size it still fits well and still use it. One of our independent sports…

I like the thought of running in a parking garage...I'll have to put some thought into this to find one that could work. I am a treadmill runner.

I am getting in about 4.2 miles per day...problem is I don't always remember to update. My problem is I am not losing the weight, very frustrating.
-
Way to move it...I am losing the inches with this but not the weight. Thanks for the post it will keep me going in hopes one day I'll get on that scale and it will have gone lower.

L2D5 is now finished...getting easier every day, thankfully.

I really enjoy the 30Day Shred...I have lost inches more than weight which is fine by me since I had several extra inches to lose. I am in the middle of this now so waiting for results at the end of the month.
