You can almost cook anything in a crock pot for 6-8 hours without overcooking. Make sure you have in enough water or broth initially so it doesn't dry out before the juices from the chicken start coming out. I would cook it at least 6 hours with veggies in with it. I have made this twice (without the water). I did it once as a 9x13 cake and drizzled it with a vanilla & cinnamon icing mix. There was not any left with 8 people trying it out. A box of spice cake mix and a can of pumpkin mixed together. Bake at 350 for 32-35 minutes and you have a wonderful cake. I am getting ready to try it in a bread loaf pan. If you want a topping use 1 cup confectioners sugar, 2 tbs of milk and a 1/4 tsp of cinnamon mixed together. DRIZZLE over the top of the cake. ENjoy

I always drink the water since that is all I drink. I actually drink between 10-14 glasses a day. My walk tonight was at 2 miles plus I ran 2.5 last night....still working on those push-ups,

I was out of town over the weekend...so I didn't get started until today! 2.5 miles are in and the 60 push-ups well let's just say that is going to take some time!

Why did you feel the need to do her workouts 2x a day. I have done 30D Shred and Ripped in 30. I would have started out 1x a day until you at least went through a full week. She is brutal until you get use to the workout intensity. It is very different than running. Good luck!
