I found that there is a setting in foods for breastfeeding it adds negative calories.

I know everyone has mentioned the pool but that is what i would do. Also, I've started doing my runs at night/ early evening. That has been cooler and nice.

Yesterday did 300 ab exercises and then rest.

Ladies I know that we are almost there so I thought that I would invite you over to the 300 ab challenge that I am going to do this month. It involves 1 day on and 1 day of rest. I would love to see you there. Who's excited about weighing in Wednesday morning? Can't wait to see if this has helped at all.

Today has been crazy. Last night's dinner was amazing but we all know it puts me over calories. I'm hoping that I will still have the deficit by the end of the week. Today is my only full day off of work and motivation is gonna be hard. I must do my day 2 for the c25k program or else I will run out of rest days. I was thinking of doing some more cleaning today too, ask me at the end of the day how that goes. :) What are you ladies up to today?

Okay today was hard, but I didn't step on the scale. I am under calories, but didn't get out for the workout, laundry just won out. Tomorrow is another day right? :)

I had a friend once that used to joke with me that the fat that holds on the most has been with us the longest. It is super frustrating, but I know it is possible. Good Luck!
