Checking in.... water good to go..... exercise not as much. It is getting pretty late and I am falling asleep typing so I think that I will listen to my body and rest, but plan on making up for it tomorrow. Sort of a disappointment, but it is just one day, tomorrow is a new one.

Yesterday met water and exercise. I'm doing JM 30DS so for right now that thirty minutes works out. We will see though hopefully I song take a break. On a side note I am wearing work pant today that haven't felt comfortable for 6 months. :P

I have been doing the shred for 15 days and bought a new scale in the middle of that time. I can completely comiserate with you. You can search 30DS in the forums and see lots of posts regarding the shred, but something I found in most of them is that the weight loss doesn't seem to start happening until late level 2 or…

It could count for either walking, cleaning or weight lifting, maybe. Make sure that you didn't account for it in your lifestyle settings for your profile. I am on my feet working all of the time so I wouldn't be able to use this for exercise because it is already accounted for.

When I was worried about motivation I joined a group that had monthly challenge. Each week was a mini challenge and you needed to check in to help with your success. I don't think I hit the ten pound mark that was the goal, but at least it kept me going. :) Good for you making this amazing change in your life.

I have been logging it as 20 minutes circuit training and 5 minutes stretching. But 8 guess a HEM is the best way.

I'm on day ten of Jillian Michaels 30 day shred and am noticing a huge difference in my abs. Everyone is different and we can't lose weight on only specific spots, but her combination of stregth carrion and and works for me.

This is a great DVD and for some reason Jillain Michaels makes you want to keep going. Which is a wierd thought as she isn't the nicest trainer. I have only done this one dvd, but apparently she has several that are good.

Happy Friday!!! My current weight is 194.3 I am up for the week. Bummer. I hve met all the goals so far this week although today may not make it. I did start the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred three days ago though and suposedly there will be some water wieght gain while pushing so hard. Great job everyone else!!!!

I wrap them in foil with half a jar of salsa and bake at 350degrees for about 40 minutes. I make for amazing flavor and lowerr calories. Oh don't forget to pierce the breast with a fork a couple of times really gets the flavor into the meat as it cooks.
