he doesn't use the boards so i am posting for him.

today he was able to pull off a pair of cargo shorts without unbuttoning them! they were a bit big to begin with but not that big!

maybe we should buy a scale LOL

    That is such a good feeling - well done to your hubby!

    My hubby came home from work a couple of nights ago, said he had a bit of a problem, lifted his arms up and his trousers fell down!!! Time to go out and buy a belt, the trousers aren't very old LOL

    thanks everyone! i am really noticing a difference in the size of his tum! his mother is over the moon about the whole thing. :-)

    i wish i could tell a difference in me. i had put on about 24 pounds over a few years and did not noticed. my clothes didn't really fit any different. i did notice a difference in the shape of my body but i figure that was attributed to the lovely land of over 30!

    i sort of think i am maybe getting back to the shape i was before those 24 pounds but i'm not to sure. and since i gained 24 without my clothes fitting different lord only knows how much i will have to lose before i need new jeans!
