i love my wine, especially after a long day at work, so no doubt next month I'll ease it back into my weekly calorie allowance!

yes, it can be way too easy to drink the same amount of calories as a cake or bowl of pasta! I now usually drink "low calorie" wine (obviously, except for this month, now I'm on water), so thats a little bit better, but still need to be careful

I've mixed it with tuna, celery, mustard and a little lemon juice to make a tuna salad sandwich. You can add as much mustard as you want to make that the main flavour. Sounds strange, but it is really nice

I have this too. I tried taking a homeopathic remedy called melatonin and it has really helped. So I know you said no pills, but these are a herbal type pill as opposed to medication

about a year and a half and since the breakup life has been great - bought my first home, loved living on my own for the first time (no flatmates) got a pet that I love and now I've lost weight everything is coming up Millhouse :bigsmile:

thanks for your suggestions, with the weights I have two hand weights/dumbbells that are each 2.5 kg and have the capacity to add more weight onto the bars, so Im thinking I will be able to build up to bigger weights as I go

I'm so sorry you are going through this. I know it doesn't feel like it right now, but you will survive this and things will get better. It is devastating and you'll need time to grieve, but you will get through this and you'll eventually be glad you found out now rather than later.

I just did a lower body workout from a pilates video called 10 minute solution, sculpting pilates. It focussed on floor exercises for legs so it might be what you are looking for.
