When you feel ready for outdoors I'd suggest finding a fenced in running track. I bring my daughter to one so we can run together but at our own speeds. I like it cuz she's never more than half a lap away from me if anything should happen.

That's fabulous! You gals are lucky to have eachother ;)

I used a hrm monitor the first time I took the class and manually entered it in. Now it just seems to know, probably not super accurate, but better than nothing.

Love you for posting this! I haven't been into hooping for a while, but the newest Britney Spears album makes me want to dust off my hoop!

I have never heard this. I need to buy potatoes immediately...

A habit can be a family trait too. Like a sense of humor running in the family. It's not genetic to think farts are funny, but my moms whole side of the family still laughs at every one.

Obesity runs in my family, when I was little I watched my dad lose two of his closest cousins. Then when he was 37 about 400lbs give or take a few, he too died for no reason other than he was obese and his heart could no longer support his body. I work out 6 days a week and count calories everyday not because I want to…

I'm a regular yogini! I teach yoga twice a week and take classes with other instructors on my days off to stay strong and relax.

Vegetarian for 22 years! Feel free to add me. My diary is open, but I eat terribly, not great for motivation unless you want to be motivated to see how crackers you can eat in a day. ☺️

I suppose there's a possibility that the client is so out of touch with her body and unfamiliar with muscle groups that this is the best way for her to learn...BUT, since you already get a bad vibe from the guy he's probably just a massive narcissist.

Vegetarian here! I love cheese too much to go full vegan.

Request sent!

I would've slapped them both, you did the right thing leaving. Keep up the good work!

I live in a more rural area, so the snow slows down our geocaching but it's our favorite family exercise! Can't wait for spring, there's tons hidden in our mountain trails.

I'm with you! It's my biggest issue. I love working out. I eat mostly healthy. But I often feel like I have no stopping point.

God loves you, you have the strength you just need to use it. One step at a time and you'll get there

Keep fighting and keep believing! His love is real. I'll add you to my prayers!

Add me! I'm just pulling myself out of a long binge period :/

ACE is a great program, NASM is great too, both are widely accepted by most gyms. NASM and AFAA have recently partnered so if you're interested in doing some group exercise instruction as well there's a lot of good discounts for NASM/AFAA crossover programs now. Most gyms will train you on the sales aspect of things, they…

Get outside and go for it. Maybe find a loop or track to give you a sense of security in case you're scared of not finishing. You're probably already ready really. Lots of people walk parts of their first race(s).

If it ever happens on a long run day just tell them, "you're totally right, you should buy me a big dinner". That way you're saving money and making nagging nancies feel better about themselves. They don't have to know you want to slap them a little.

Snuggle your pet every single free second you can. We lost a cat last year, I still went to the gym after, but I literally cried my way through the hallways for the first few weeks. I also started sleeping with our dog in his dog bed for a while like a crazy person. You'll get back on track, but right now your fur baby is…

Was it me? lol. I started to send you a request, but my phone signed me out. 22 years a vegetarian and I'm on here everyday if you need me!
-
Hi! I'm on here everyday, feel free to add me ;)

I've bought pants one size smaller as motivation. Worked for me one size at a time, but that can be kind of a waste of money I guess.
-
Add me! Would love more lifting friends too ;)

Cereal has tons of iron. This may be an old wives tale, but cooking in a cast iron pot. Flintstones vitamins with iron are way easier (for me) to digest than regular grown up stop you from ever pooping again iron tablets.

Embrace your muscular calves! Flex them if people stare! For boots, if you look for wide sizes the calf part of the boot is usually also wider.
