Donuts and white bread/white pasta. But donuts if i have even a bite, it is a trigger and not worth it for me. For a while peanut butter also but i have been able to eat it in small portions now without going overboard :)

Log everything even if its a small bite of chocolate cake or a cookie, it all adds up. I have learned you are only cheating yourself if you dont log everything. Consistency is key :) Good luck! You can do this!

Buy a new healthy cookbook or a fitness magazine motivates me. Try going to the gym in the mornings, for me at least thats when i feel the most motivated. Take one day at a time, and think of how good you will feel at the end of the day knowing how good you were :) You can do this! dont give up!
