I really used to struggle with binging/emotional eating. im not going to lie i tried and failed several several several times but finally i did break the habit and have overcome it..im not going to lie i do still have an off day here and there but NOTHING like it used to be. so i am going to tell you you can stop binging…

My weigh ins are on Thursday so this past thursday i weighed in at 128. GW: 123-125 UGW: 120 Really excited to get to my goal but would love to see some lower numbers within the next couple weeks since spring break is in 2 weeks! i used to restrict so much and try to eat between 900-1200 cals then started binging because of it and yo yoed like crazy. now i raised my cals and i havent had a problem with binging (knock on wood haha) and i dont feel restricted at all....oh and the weight started coming off again... up your cals make what your eating…

hey love. have you been doing a lot of cardio? when i was doing crazy amount of cardio and had a lot of extra cals because of the deficit from burning cals from the cardio i didnt get my period for probably 3-4 months. and it was because i was dropping weight fast but once i started eating more cals and took a little break…

I have used stevia and almond milk in my iced coffee ever since i started losing weight! and i was able to lose 30 pounds! its a lot healthier than the other artificial sweeteners like splenda or sweet and low that have the aspartame and chemicals in them, that actually make you crave sugary foods!!! so i am all for stevia…

i used to do stir frys all the time but i think i have an allergy to msg b/c every time i ate it with my low cal sauce i felt weird... related to symptoms of msg allergy...what type of sauce do you use if any? thanks for the idea!

unsweetened vanilla almond milk (30 calories per cup) i use 1/4 cup with a medium black dunkin donuts iced coffee and stevia (natural 0 calorie sweetener) and some cinnamon! so so so good, i drink it every morning and its only 11 cals!
