Second time around.

My name is Mycah Wilhelm. I am 22 years old. Within the past 2 years I have lost over 100 pounds and took a liking to weightlifting. My beginning weight was nearly 245-250. My lowest weight was 143. I have recently fallen off of the health wagon and gained up to 12-15 pounds. And currently weighing anywhere from 155 to 160-ish. I used MFP when I began my weightloss journey and now would like to use it as support to getting back on my grind.
