I love my Sugoi compression tights. I like Nike Tempo shorts and Nike Pro compression shorts under. Tops I like most anything technical or wicking/quick dry. Most of my tees are UA or Nike. Long sleeve/cold weather tops are all Nike. Fave bras are Moving Comfort.

My goal for 2011 was 1000 miles. I exceeded that but was doing a lot of training. I haven't set a mileage goal for 2012 yet. I may just go with the same 1000 miles. I ran 3 half marathons in 2011. I met my goal for the most part. I had hoped to run my first half marathon in 2011 and ended up running 3 improving my time each race. As far as my weight loss goal, I didn't get to my ultimate goal weight but considering my success throughout the year I am 100% fine with that.

Depends on the day. Sometimes first thing in the morning, sometimes in the evening. Always at the gym unless I head outside for a run. All my Saturday long runs are outside, place depends on what is going on that day and how many miles is on the schedule.

I ran my first (2nd and 3rd) half marathons this year. I used the beginning training plan on www.marathonrookie.com to train for the first and liked it pretty well. For the 2nd and 3rd I used the training plan in one of the summer (july/aug) edition of Runner's World. I loved that plan a lot! I hear a lot of people talk…

Get all your stuff ready the night before. Go to bed early. Set the alarm and get up when it goes off, no hitting snooze. Find an accountability buddy who will do the same. Lastly, no excuses. Just do it.
