You aren't working out 8 hours a day and eating food that is diuretic. After researching the show and how people lose that much weight in that short a period of time, I can no longer watch it. They aren't all permanent success stories.

Tendinitis and/or bone spurs. You should get it checked by a doctor to make sure there isn't any tears in any of the tendons.

This. I've lost weight purely for vanity (with a dash of health) in the past and it didn't stick. Me now doing it for health reasons and appreciating the vanity side of it as I loose weight has helped me to better understand why I was fat to begin with so that this will be a life-long change.

YUP! If I ever do eat bad food, it is in smaller portions and I feel nasty afterwards. I have also (this is as recent as today) started craving meat instead of carbs. Hmmmmm....Not sure about that, but that just encourages me to make a giant pot of bean with STEAK in it!

In three months, I lost 28 lbs. There were days I didn't log and I know I ate like a hog. I have remained consistent with having one day per month where I don't count anything and I don't exercise and I eat just for pleasure.

I am with her. I would punch someone in the face. Then again, I have my own office and cameras that see who comes and goes, so anyone hiding/taking anything that they aren't supposed to would get killed upon me learning of their identity.
