  • I'd say weight watchers too. can use lb kilos and stones! i've tested them around my place a few times, a flat, and there never more than 1lb off! Had them for nearly 2 years now, never needed to replace a battery ect, even with my addiction to them!

  • Thanks. I was thinking about getting a wii and zumba, everyones always raving about and I want a go! And as for hills, I live in the LAND of hills it seems. I live on top of a big one both sides so I'm slowly getting used to them, although I guess I could beat my time going up them :)
  • Just click Exercise, search walking moderate pace and it'll tell you. Mine is 302 calories for 60 minutes at 202lb so a fair bit away from yours, if you ain't at that weight yet i'm sure someone will be close to your weight who can tell you

She is probably looking for a reason to lose some weight but not feel bad if she fails (if it is made up) if her bmi is healthy unless she has any kind of up coming operation I can't see a doc telling her to lose weight. And I can't go for a walk as bubas got a bit of a cold, he's all dosed up on capol with a blanket in his cot! and the wind outside just seems leathal.   • Thats more than realistic!! 1-2lb a week is a moderate amount to lose, 8lb a month, so 2 and a half months would get you there at 2lb a week but obviously you can ajust any type of goals to your own satisfaction. Good luck!
