Thanks so much everyone!! I'm taking all this onboard! I have so many things in my mind to say I'll just spend the weekend figuring it getting it straight and preparing. He sounded nice on the phone! And yeah he knows I've got a child, I used it as some bulletpoints in my email to my advantage!

Ooo yeah thanks! Will do a little bit of research and try act smarter than I actually am I think. Also does anyone know whats useable as proof you live/work in this country? Birth certificate, NI number and provisonal licence is all I've really got!

Vodka and diet coke is good for calories! And takeaways I think it doesn't matter where you go but it's the choices for food you make at the place Or you could just have a big blow out and enjoy yourself! Sorry I can't be more help!

Eek, my hairs nearly down to my bum, didn't think about that!! I'll wear it up!
-
I do usually wear heels but there all ankle/knee high boots is that acceptable? I have 1 pair of court shoes hidden away somewhere if I could find them! If not I do have flats aswell! I'm shy at the best of times so got knows how I'm gunna act confident in there. So nervous. Thanks!!

My mum went to the doctors with earache and turned out she had a spider in there. Disgusting! I'm petrified of them. I cried as much as she did, now my hair is always down when I go to sleep! Extra precaution!
-
Thanks I'll look into some fibre tablets and I'm gunna try harder with my water. I used to get 12 cups a day in but I just got lazy.
-
Hmm okay, well I'll give it a shot!! Now i'll have to go to some research on gluten. I hear gluten free foods are horrible
-
I'll have to register myself with a doctor down here then shall I. Oh also, I drink diet coke about 4-5 cans a week if that can cause it? Thanks for all the replies. So drink more water and see how it goes? Will get myself a docs appointment if nothings changed in a week or so I guess. No one recommeneds cutting anything…

I've always had veggies in my diet, well since I started on here anyway (101 days ago!) I can open my diary but it's by no means great.. I'm living at my mums at the moment after the split up so have to eat what shes got while i've no money! If anyone wants to take a look it will be open in a second

Nope not as far as I'm aware and this has only started happening for a couple weeks now
-
My sodium is rarely over 1000 unless I've had a bad day but it's really rare i'll go over 2000 And haha nope, I've double checked I wasn't pregnant a while ago, I was wondering! And I've been single ever since I checked
-
What do you eat for breakfast? You probably just need to make a few changes
-
Maybe put off the last of the weight loss for a couple weeks so your skins got time to catch up with itself and see if theres some change :) that way you may avoid getting it any worse!
-
Elizebeth it's not so much about not being able to have a little treat, but having an unexpected treat that you'll struggle to control! I think freezing might be a better idea than trying to hide it in the cuboard!
-
Just had a lovely little girl come to the door in a witches outfit!! Her sister/friend whatever, told her to say thank you so i got a little ''fankfoo'' and then told her to say bye, and she just stood there waving I didn't wanna close the door!!
-
I think low cal fudge would be quite hard! But good luck if you do! It's just so yummy. I'm gunna leave it in the cuboard hidden behind some food and see if I can forget about it, and if I don't, well lets hope I've got it in me to behave myself!
-
Nope our neighbours we talk too and my sister brought the main ones back some rocks and that, and the neighbours we don't speak too, well we don't really get on with!! i split up with my partner a while ago and moved 300miles away so his family is a big no too! and freezing it is an ok idea but one lickle peice just…

So a trip to the doctors isn't needed then! Thanks! I'm so grossed out, that will teach me, I'm put of foods so easily aswell I'll be suprised if I touch bread again for months.
-
I don't know if it was on my bread, thats the thing! I was to greedy to stop and check. I never usually bother breads usually gone before it's got time to go bad. I only brought it about 3 days ago!
