As for veg, try the Sneaky Chef. They have great ideas for sneaking vegs into all kinds of stuff!! Less sodium, for sure-as others have said. Water--I add Crystal Light-type powders to mine. Look for whole grains; less processed food. The best things for you are the least processed. Good luck!!

Can you borrow DVDs from the library? Once you've gone thru them for several times, you will remember the routine, or write it down. There are tons of online resources for free, too. Good luck!

I tried Wegmans brand tonight, and -obviously-loved it!!! YEAH!! It has 14g protein per yogurt cup and it's very smooth and creamy. My store sells it for .89 and it comes in 6 flavors--blueberry; strawberry; honey; vanilla; plain; peach.

AQUA--that is the key for many people. Water workouts--you don't have to swim, but you can. I don't, but aqua aerobics are AWESOME, AMAZING, etc Great cal burn but in chest deep water, you are only 25% of your body weight, 50% in waist deep water. PLS try it--it is wonderfully helpful!!! Good luck!

I eat at 9a, 12n, 3p, 6p, 9p every day. I just divide up my cals for the day into these smaller meals. My 9p might be a bit lighter than the rest, or not.

Knee and shoulder both bummed up from my workouts--DANG it!!! I can do very little to none except PT. (pout)

To be honest, I'd up my cals a bit, eat less processed food (=lower sodium), and add fruits and veggies. All these things have helped me. Is it possible for you to take a day and cook up some healthy dishes/casseroles, for instance, and freeze them? Be sure you are drinking min 8 cups water per day. Good luck with it all!!…

I got one thing for ya--DO NOT get fat-free Cool whip, do the light. The FF was ICK, IMHO! And, HB early!!
