i know what you mean! but this morning i ate it with a piece of toast and that was only 85 calories. my 7 inch tortilla was 110 yesterday.

Try eating things higher in protein following a workout. Nuts, milk, etc.. this will promote muscle building and will keep you fuller longer.

I had my first Zumab class yesterday and loved it!!! I'm definitely not the most coordinated one out there, but I managed all the same. Looking forward to class on Wednesday.

I guess I might have been setting my expectations a little bit high. The inches are starting to come off too, so that is something to celebrate. Now it is time to buckle down and keep at my routine. New goal: 162 by Labour Day Weekend!
