she said she doesnt log binges - i didnt either until recently. i think it helps to log them/log EVERYTHING even if your ashamed of it - especially when you have mfp friends who are looking out for you.

i had this same exact moment a few days ago - i starting writing about my days as an emotional release (mfp blog) - made it known to everyone what i was doing to help myself take control of my relationship with food. it has only been 3 days BUT the emotional aspect of it has already changed significantly. you need to be…

this made me lol

im literally in tears. explaining how you used to feel is exactly how i feel now. thank you posting this even though im sure it was difficult. you are very inspiring and have given me so much hope. thank you

im a horrible binge eater - i do really well for a few days then i give in to cravings and start a week long binge - today i decided to "take action" and am challenging myself to 76 days of being completely binge free. im going to be blogging everyday - you can add me if u want to follow it? maybe it can help you find ways…

im a mermaid!

it looks like the majority of your food is processed junk - ur not eating enough nutrient dense foods - it seems to be all over the place. one meal is decent and the next is horrible - cheez-its and hots dog for lunch? also cut out the beer add a ton more veggies to every meal - pick lean protein sources and complex carbs
-
you don't eat enough - you should also open your diary so we can see what your eating because that plays a huge factor imo. once you get your calories up try adding HIIT 3 days a week. Do you do any strength training?

my profile pic is a 4-5 lb difference - i think it a pretty big physical difference
-
i am 5'0 and weighed 170 - then i lost a bunch and was down to 130 (my before profile pic) the after pic is 126. sorry i dont have pics at my highest weight but maybe you can get some sort of idea?
-
implying i need to eat more? lol i know - i havent been consistently tracking but im getting better/making it a priority (i dont listen to the mfp recommendations) - i need to add more food to meals 2 and 4 and id be good - its just hard bc i drink so much water (i dont really track that on here) i get this extremely full…

brown rice and some veggies :)
-
i use avocado in place of mayo - healthy fats - i use certain "condiments" for nutritional purposes. every one is different and they have to find what works for them - my pic is only about a 3 month difference but thanks
-
butter and cheese are not superfoods.. and mayo isnt good for you - its usually made soybean oil, highly processed and lacks nutritional value op - i told you what you should do as far as diet yesterday - lean protein, complex carb and veggies at every meal plus a few healthy fats
-
make sure you train legs - you dont want to have this awesome looking chest and arms then have really skinny legs. try adding medium intensity cardio 1-2 days a week on the days you arent lifting and maybe making your intervals a little longer like 20 mins. -also do your cardio after weights personally i would stay away…
-
awesome that your worried about form when lifting!! so many people forget that! are u adding any weight each week to keep progressing? 96 and 6 ft tall is not bad at all! what do u do for cardio? HIITs is awesome for fat burning. you say you want a six pack and honestly, no matter how hard you work in the gym you cant out…
-
how tall are you?
-
im new too! kinda - i been on here for a while but this is my first time actually using it - i just moved too, so i dont have many "real life" friends either haha!!
-
try to eat cleaner - as in whole foods that aren't processed. those lean cuisines are horrible for you. choose a lean protein, a complex carb and veggies every 2.5-3 hours (message me if you want a list of foods or more info) - i also see that you haven't tracked any workouts for a few days? water intake will affect you…

it could be muscle gain - dont use the scale to measure progress - take measurements and feel how your clothes fit
