Weight Loss Review**Help**

So to all my friends...MFP...please if anyone & all can give me advice on what I need to do.(Better)...It seems I have been walking,eating better and drinking NO SODAS..just water. I feel like I have more energy..BUT I have NO results....It's very upsetting..(PLEASE).All comments are welcomed.Thank you...

    You've given us so little information that it's tough to us to review or care.

    How many calories?
    How long have you not seen results?
    Any strength training?


    Depending on what you used to eat, you can always 'eat better' and still end up eating a ton *kitten*. So open your diary so we can comment.

    Defintiely need more info. How many calories are you eating? How long have you been working out and eating "better"?

    it looks like the majority of your food is processed junk - ur not eating enough nutrient dense foods - it seems to be all over the place. one meal is decent and the next is horrible - cheez-its and hots dog for lunch? also cut out the beer

    add a ton more veggies to every meal - pick lean protein sources and complex carbs
