Strawberries. There's a birthday cake here in the office that's calling to me, though. It needs to shut up.

Howdy, neighbor! :)

Now I'm wondering about the poop thing...

Diabetes runs in my family, and I don't want it. And not vanity so much as I just want to feel "normal", as opposed to feeling like the fattest chick in the room at most times.

Hi, Luwanna. While I'm not a diabetic myself (yet...*knock on wood*), it does run in my family. My grandma lived a long, healthy 89 years by just keeping an eye on her diet and walking a little every day. I worry that my mom isn't taking care of herself enough to live the same long life. She just has to want to do it…

Is there an actual Body Beast group on MFP? I'm having no luck with a search.

I'm in week 2, and loving it so far! I think this is going to be the "it" thing that helps me reach my goals. Plus, I love listening to Sagi. He's such a meathead...cracks me up!

I added a scoop of vanilla protein powder to mine this morning, along with some blueberries. Reminded me a lot of the sugary stuff.

I needed to see this today. Thank you, and congrats on your success!!

Neither will help gain muscle. You need to lift weights for that. I've only done Zumba once, and didn't care for it. Kickboxing is some pretty good cardio.
-
You can do the program with the two sets you have. But you won't get the kind of results you want. You will need to eventually get some more weights or resistance bands. I 2nd the PiYo idea.

I workout at 3:30am. It's the only way I'll get it done. You either make time or make excuses.

I LOVE this!!!

I have a collection of videos, and I do something different every day. Obviously, I have my favorites that I do more often than others, but never the same thing two days in a row. You just have to find things you enjoy enough to stick with. Do a search for workout videos on Amazon, and you will find TONS of different…

Limiting yourself to one Red Lobster biscuit is a victory in and of itself! Mad props to you!
-
OMG, I love reading the reviews for those gummy bears on Amazon. Funniest stuff ever.

In for a group! 100% home workouts!

Weight loss is 100% mental. Yes, calories in/vs calories out, weigh and measure your food, exercise, log everything, etc. But it will all fail if your head is not in the right place.

I usually just have oatmeal, or a protein bar and a banana. Sometimes I'll have an egg if I'm feeling crazy. I'm not very adventurous with breakfast.

Not personally. But my husband is a cop, and made a run to a woman's house because she fell for one and wanted to report it. The real kicker to this....she's a professor at a university.

I would consider the whole donut moderation, combined with an otherwise balanced day.
-
Sooooooooo much this.
-
This. I'm pretty sure Amazon has most of the programs.
-
You don't.

Bump to remember the link with the recipes!
