Oh girl, I HAAAAAAAAAAAATE Jillian Michaels!!! If she'd just shut her obnoxious trap once in a while...ugh! Ditch her! There's too many fun people on YouTube who give a great workout and not make you want to gag them and beat them with a wet noodle to mess with her nonsense!

My new favorite thing is strawberries drizzled with chocolate syrup and some whipped cream on top. Feels indulgent, but easily fits into daily calories.

A couple of people have mentioned it already, but suddenly and dramatically increasing your fiber intake can constipate you. Back off of it for a day or two, then slowly start increasing it again. This same thing happened to me more than once, and tracking my intake on MFP was very helpful.

Search for low-impact cardio on YouTube, and you'll find several. But be careful of anything you find from Millionaire Hoy. They may be low-impact (or as he calls them, "Silent but Deadly"...lol!), but they are tough!

I'll have a couple of squares of dark chocolate and let them melt in my mouth for a mid-day sweet fix. One of my favorite desserts I like to have in the evening: a mini shortcake shell, strawberries, and whipped cream. 155 calories, and a mighty satisfying treat!

Sounds to me like the perfect first step for you would be counseling of some sort. Deal with the depression and why you're afraid of trying new foods and leaving the house. After all is said and done, weight loss is a 100% mental process.
