Cut up a cookies-and-cream quest bar, baked it into cookies, and had a glass of 2% milk with it. Needed a sweet bite. Not my favorite, but it got the job done for tonight.

3 oz. baked chicken and 3 oz. baked sweet potato. I ate it because it was my morning snack...and I pretty much eat the same thing everyday because I've found that eating this way keeps me from gaining weight and staying on track with my new weight loss plan.

Strawberries. There's a birthday cake here in the office that's calling to me, though. It needs to shut up.

I made a stir fry for my son and I for lunch! Fresh veggies and a little oil does a body good!
    Good luck with your contest!
  • Lunch, ate a premade vegetable soup because I can't cook up a soup with remotely any flavor (and curry gets old) and I need something easily transportable for work.
