IKR? In other countries I assume the discussion would be based around "Hey guys, what do I do when confronted with life-threatening people/animals? Do I pray or do I just hope? Which is more effective?"

Similar results, Trutein and Syntha6 I make every day with just water and shake it up, done in seconds.

You have to take extra precautions, of course. Salt water is a PITA to deal with.

Meh, if I skipped workouts whenever I was stiff or sore I'd basically never get any actual workouts in. Even worst case if I were really weak I'd just do a deloaded version or lower the volume.
-
Excellent. It looks like you got your videos figured out too. It's a win/win kinda day!

I was making reference to the fact that whenever anyone posts a question about holsters or anything self-defense related, it ends up in a dumpster fire of people debating things they know nothing about instead of anything relevant to the question at hand. Look, I'm doing it now too!

Ahhh, it just wouldn't be MFP without comments like these.

I saw that the videos are 240p so I figured you were using some ancient camera/webcam but maybe it's just the program/settings you are using to do the recording instead?

Time for a new phone there, brother. :D

My toes touch the plates so I bought a deadlift bar, it's 6" wider which gives me the buffer I need to have unbroken feet. Simplest solution if you have the cash. The slight whippiness and better grip are nice too. As far as uneven bar movement goes, I generally find this to be a slight issue with mixed grip and hand…

5 years and counting. I'm sure I never will either. Not without a ton of drugs.

Bingo. Take some video at the very least. Likely just a technique problem not a strength problem.
-
Agreed, no one cares how much you can deadlift or squat anyway. I just curl. Now THAT's a proper exercise.

Lamar Gant, yes. World-record holder and powerlifting hall of famer. I'd still ask your doctor first.

I generally recommend people gain as slowly as reasonably possible. It becomes very hard to actually measure any progress if you're gaining like 1lb/month but I think it's better to minimize fat gains and thus minimize the subsequent cut at the end of the bulk. So more bulking time, less cutting time == win/win. Now if…

Pretty good analysis considering you don't actually use trap bars. A side note, yes you're a little more upright due to the weight being directly centered on your body, however the handles are further apart than a typical conventional deadlift (unless you're Brian Shaw) which makes you have to bend over a little more to…

Thank you for the kind words. I'll keep doing what I do best - genital-based humor. You can never go wrong!

Sorry about that bro, I like to share the joy.

Would I ever!

Hmmm I need to figure out the secret to get a SS response video. Although I suspect the video would simply be Patrick mooning me.

That's what I used in my basement. Entire floor took....14 sheets?
-
There's more stuff now. Getting pretty packed.

Wow, yeah. If I tried 5x10 @ 75% deadlifts I'd probably die. If I survived I wouldn't be able to walk for a week, maybe two. So I think you're just fine, that's just a lunatic amount of work.

Buy the book, it's worth it.

Yes, it's handy for cleaning crevices.
-
I think it took me an hour to read all of that. Talk about comprehensive.

I wasn't gonna say anything that SideSteel didn't already say. The only thing I wanted to add was to mention that at some point it will take more muscle to move more weight and bulking can help break those plateaus. But you're no where near that point in my opinion.
