I don't understand why some of you get so angry at another strangers opinion on a subject. There is no right or wrong answers when it comes to opinion. What works for me may not work for the next person. One person said they lost 35 pounds by "cheating". I can't do that. That doesn't make him wrong or right. It worked for…

I figured out why you're mad. You've only lost 9 pounds. You most ONLY eat cheat meals. I'm sorry bro.

Well said.

Soapbox was custom built. I balanced my laptop with my left hand and typed with my right.

Heart disease is the leading cause of death in America. Food is directly involved in many of the risk factors for coronary heart disease. In fact food, may be more dangerous than crack. You can be healthy and die of a heart attack because of what you eat.

Thank you everyone. MFP helped so much. I don't know how much I would weight without it. Everyone keep pushing. We are all in this together.

This is amazing news. Congrats bro.

I'm watching now.

Its a fasting technique that targets your fat stores. Here is how it works. There are a couple types of "IF", but the one that most people do is a 16 hour fasting period, with an 8 hour window. So right now I get the same amount of calories I would normally eat between noon and 8pm. I still hit the gym every other day and…

79 pounds is impressive. Keep pushing.

That is very very true. Women's body not only require less calories than men so its harder to create a caloric deficit, but your body holds onto more food. It's tough I know, but keep pushing.

Not exactly sure really. I did a caloric deficit and I zig zagged my calories. That plus running most mornings and weight training 3/4 times a week. 5 times the first two months. No soda, no juice. Fish oil pills. Thats about it.
