*Ahem* Because, when you're already 6'0" tall and work predominately with women, what's it matter if you are 6" taller than them or 9"? I'm an Amazon, either way =) Plus, they look dang good. However, I rarely wear them when going out with my husband (who is 1" taller).

Oh, trust me, the "coregasm" is indeed real. Agree that this machine is pretty good on the delivery, but other ab exercises can induce it as well. For me, they've always been significantly lower on the Richter Scale than other methods, but are certainly not unwelcome =)

I concur that it might be a bit on the low side, unless you are very small framed. I typically drink 15-20 glasses per day (over a gallon). I have one of those Starbucks 24oz insulated cups, and I'm constantly filling it. Now, if you deny me water for too long, I start to feel parched =) It's my drink of choice!

About six months - lost 14 in my first 12 weeks and 7 in the second 12 weeks. Now I'm down another 10-15 and have been maintaining for about 3 years!

I can leg press 360lbs for 3x12. My thighs are about 24.5" (I also run and am 6' tall). I've never noticed that lifting heavy makes them larger - not sticking to my diet makes them larger! Darn holidays...
