Keep your chin up. Getting through the lulls is the toughest part of any diet. Keep your goal and any NSVs in mind. I've thought of giving up many times but I'm so close to my goal weight that I know I won't stop. Best of luck.

I still eat junk food, just in smaller portions. As long as I stay within my calorie goal, my conscience is clear.

Went through this when I was on prednisone. Drinking lots of water definitely helps. For me, my doctor changed my dosage to twice as much, but every other day. That helped me. Also what time of day you take your medication matters. Some people deal with the symptoms better at night, others early in the morning.
